What a lovely day and lovely atmosphere.  Even with the rain this morning everyone was happy.   Mount Edgecumbe is such a beautiful place even without events.  Today was made extra special with the Caribbean Fun Day hosted by Miss Ivy Events.  We were busy all day creating colourful hair braids/wraps, glitter tattoos and festival faces.

Once we packed up we were lucky enough to be served some amazing authentic Caribbean food from the wonderful Eddie and Wilf who run Caribbean Nights Food Stall.  These guys had the busiest queue all day and now Tash and I know why.  Wow, every morsel was mouth wateringly good!  Thank you to everyone who came to see us and to Jo, Chelsea and crew for such great organisation from start to finish. It was an absolute pleasure working this event.
