I can not express how happy I am that Kelly's wedding day went ahead today!  It's been over a year with cancellation after cancellation due to Covid.  Today I felt more emotionally connected than ever having gone through some of the heartache and upset of each cancellation.  I should not have really been here after twisting my ankle the previous Sunday but there was no way this booking was getting cancelled!  I hired an extra set of hands to help carry my kit and the show went ahead!

Today we celebrated!  Sophia and I set up either side of the rustic barn doorway at The Green Wedding Venue in Liskeard.  Before we had even finished getting the last items of our kit out we had a queue.  It was amazing!  I nearly cried when Kelly came and sat in my chair to get some simple love hearts in the pinks, blues and yellows of the bridesmaids.  I just wish I'd got a photo.  I'm now sat at home leg up smiling whilst typing these words knowing we helped create some smiles for everyone today :)

The most requested face paint today was a dragon and the most challenging a lemur which I think you'll all agree Sophia did an amazing job off the top of her head.  She is such a talented artist!  Here a just a few of the wonderful faces that came to see us today.  Kelly I am soo happy your big day finally went ahead.  Sophia and I wish you yours the happiest future full of smiles, much prosperity and good health.  Thank you for choosing Cher's Funky Faces / Funky Punky.

Much love and sparkles
