Sunshine and smiles everywhere waiting for HMS Northumbland to appear dockside after months away from home. Emazdad was making the best balloon characters and kept me chuckling all the time we were painting with his jokes. Superb entertainer! Such an honour to be able to welcome the amazing HMS Northumberland home. And to be able to put some enormous smiles on the family member there to welcome their loved ones home. Today we had face paint requests for The Hulk, Spiderman, Pirates, Scorpions, Flowers, Dinosaurs and a duck! What fun! Thank you for having us.
