Yes, you read that right FREE toast! Plymouth Revolution saw it's very first Toast promotion welcoming the new Plymouth University Freshers to the city and Revolution Bar.  This hugely popular night in Bournemouth and other Revolutions around the country boasts the extremely tempting offer of FREE slices of toast all night. A very British alternative to Spanish tapas in my opinion.  Quite suiting seeing as this launch nights theme was Ibiza party giving students the opportunity to win a trip to the magical white isle itself.  Did you know the reason its classed as magical isle is because there are no known snakes or poisonous critters there?  Yes, I was a holiday rep in Eivissa many, many moons ago which is how I know some quite random facts about this beautiful island.  Anyhow, back to Revolutions fantastic launch night.  The venue had two rooms upstairs and down as far as I could tell in my brief look around before setting up.  Both rooms offering a substantial dance area and adequate seating.

I was located near the front entrance right by the toast stand this meant Revolution’s customers could spot the glitter stall straight away as such wasn't long before I had a queue with a variety of requests.  I was pleased quite a few were really happy it was biodegradable glitter was being used. The staff were the first to get involved from then on, I had a steady night until I was nearly ready to go home.  A quick tidy up and I left everyone partying to the DJ's beats.  Catch us here again on Wednesday 25th September for more glitter fun and face painty frolics.

Here’s a couple of pics I managed to take.  Thank you for choosing Funky Punky / Cher's Funky Faces.

Until next time...
