My passion for Padstow never dies. It's a love hate relationship! Every summer holiday I look forward to creating smiles with my face painting, hair braids and the odd glitter sparkle here and there. I have a surrogate family of children who I have the pleasure of watching grow up. Until, as always happens, they feel they are too grown up for this years braid but by then I have new little ones to delight. Plus where else do you see a dog in a flat cap!

Returning for what must be around our 13th year Tash and I had another great weekend at Wimborne Minster Folk Festival. At first we thought it might be a complete wash out. However, the great British public proved they are not put of with a bit of rain and after a few extreme rain showers in the morning Saturday brightened up but stayed gusty.

Yet another fun successful night in Chard! Robbie B presents The Neon Disco Part II saw new faces as well as many faces from the first event returning and all getting into the UV neon theme. This time the music was more focused on the classic 80's and 90's disco pop and classics.

Preston Sands, Paignton has a new Premier store. Set up outside next to a huge purple and yellow balloon arch I had a great time ceating smiles on their new customers, adults and chilldren alike. The shop were giving away wicked goody bags to all the customers full of biscuits, crisps and loads of other great food items.

Crowne Plaza, Plymouth was the location for Algram Group LTD's annual award ceremony. They had booked ATM events to create a fun filled festival themed space and they certainly did that. SWAS, Newton Abbot Racecourse and the usual Monster Truck rigs Big Pete, Red Dragon and Grave Digger were already set up along with the caterers.
