It's been a truly cold Easter with a smashing bunch of customers not put off by the cold winds and occasional rain showers.
The Beast from the East (trilogy) never materialised and those that travelled to Padstow found it a much quieter experience then usual. I reckon because of the media hype around the weather stopped some holiday makers from coming. Such a shame because we've had some lovely spells of sunshine in between the clouds. Even got myself sunburnt!
The Prosecco ladies were a memorable experience full of laughter and mischievous fun! Plus I've had the absolute pleasure of meeting some wonderful children with delightful manners.
This year I've also had a lot more interest in the face painting which has been super fun and also a nice break in between braids for my wrists and fingers.
With only a few days left of the holiday take a look at some of the wonderful customers who kindly let me take their photos to use on my blog. Thank you so much see you in the summer/next year!
About the author
I have been face painting and creating smiles with my hair braids, tattoos and body paints for 13 years after finally taking the jump and becoming self employed in 2006. Having a large network of friends I have been able to establish a network of quality face painters and glitter tattoo artists who have a passion for the job which shows in their work throughout the South & South West of England. Orginating from a customer service & sales background the best thing I ever did was become self employed. The money might not be as good but the job satisfaction seeing lots of happy smiles is the best. I hope to continue for many more years to come.
