Blinder of a wedding!
Lou is one of those regulars I've met at various events and even in hospital. She's one of those characters you instantly get on with. I first remember painting her daughter at a Halloween event with a beautiful rose on her forehead to match her black and red outfit. I would never have guessed then that Lou would book me for her other daughters wedding.

Wow, wow, wow, Thank you so much for booking me again this year! The BPCSU is always such a fun event over the two locations. This year there was a focus on being green, as such this year I was also offering biodegradable glitter which the majority of students seemed super pleased about!

Having been booked many months ago the day before my van breaksdown. With immense thanks to my friend Andy I was able to arrange a lift to Chillington albeit on the back of his motorcycle. This meant a late night sorting out a mini kit, checking then checking again I hadn't forgot anything. The Chillington Show must go on!

We arrived early to set up and instantly got asked for a hair braid from the young lady at the MacMillan Cancer Support Stall. This was the start to a steady day of face painting with the odd removable hair braid (hair wrap) dotted in between. The most unusual request today was for a sloth along with a first ever request for a dumper trunk...ummmm.

This summer was an absolute scorcher with the odd monsoon hear and there! However by the end of August the winds were picking up, a few more days of Cornish mizzle and I could just feel the colder tendrils of autumn creeping in. The much needed rains feeding the thirst of the land turning the countryside and camel trail into a pallette of greens against the dried burnt oranges and yellows.
