Such a great couple of hours helping the students get ready for their Halloween shenanigans. This time I set up at the UPSU bar entrance. This was great as I saw everyone coming in and out and meant I got the opportunity to catch up with dear friend Alex Alphawave who was setting up the decor for a spooky night ahead.

A part of Plymstock, Devon I've never been before turn right off the main drag up Church Street down a tight road and suddenly appears The Plymstock Inn on the left. I pull into the ample car park an unload my kit. Walking through the back children’s play area and beer garden I enter a spacious dining area that incorporates the bar it really is like the Tardis.

Devcon's 2019 event at Plymouth Guildhall was superb. On arrival I'd been given a great spot just at the top of the main stairs perfect for watching all the characters walking around in costume. This was my first Devcon so I wasn't sure what to expect.
